Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible through Instagram at @ForbiddenL00t.

Cancellation and modification requests are not guaranteed, as orders may be processed and shipped shortly after purchase. If we approve a cancellation before the order has shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or intercepted.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the vintage and collectible nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

Every item is inspected and described as accurately as possible before being listed. Please carefully review all photographs, measurements, condition details, sizing information, and product descriptions before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, please contact us through Instagram at @ForbiddenL00t within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos of the item and its packaging.

We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund is appropriate. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Vintage and Collectible Items

Vintage items may show signs of age, wear, storage, previous use, or natural deterioration. These characteristics are part of their nature and are not necessarily considered defects.

Certain items—particularly vintage shoes, accessories, and pieces made from delicate or aging materials—may be sold strictly as collectibles and may not be suitable for regular wear. Wearable vintage footwear may still experience separation, cracking, crumbling, or other age-related deterioration after purchase, even if it appears wearable when inspected.

Please review all product information carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the item’s description, condition, measurements, sizing information, and photographs.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

Refusing delivery, failing to collect a package, or providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address does not qualify as a cancellation or approved return.

Customers may be responsible for any additional shipping, customs, return-to-sender, or reshipping costs. These costs may be deducted from any refund issued, where applicable.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for reviewing their country’s customs requirements and paying all applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, and related fees.

International orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded after shipment except where required by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s location will still be honored where legally required.
